Cancellation Policy

 

This policy outlines how to cancel a one-time order from BFO2GO and how to cancel your recurring "Get in the Loop" membership.

 

1. Cancelling a One-Time Order

 

We process orders quickly to get them ready for "Loop" (delivery) or "Swoop" (pickup).

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been "fulfilled" (i.e., before it has been packed for pickup or dispatched for delivery).

  • How to Request a Cancellation:

    • The fastest way is to call us at [(620) 615-6143].

    • You can also email us at support@bfo2go.com with the subject line "URGENT: CANCELLATION" and your order number.

  • If Your Order is Already Fulfilled:

    • Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

    • If you miss the cancellation window, you are welcome to return the item(s) for a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

 

2. Cancelling Your "Get in the Loop" Membership

 

Your monthly subscription keeps you in the Loop and you are in complete control of your membership.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your recurring membership at any time—no questions asked.

    1. Log in to your BFO2GO customer account.

    2. Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section.

    3. Follow the prompts to cancel your membership.

  • Billing Cycle: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive your membership perks (like free delivery) until that date.

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops all future monthly charges, but it does not provide a partial refund for the current billing period.
