BFO2GO - Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from BFO2GO. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we're here to help make it right.

 

Our 30-Day Promise

 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or the date of delivery) to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original, unopened packaging (if applicable).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Personal care or health items

  • Final sale or clearance items (which will be clearly marked)

 

How to Return Your Item

 

We offer two easy, local-first ways to return your BFO2GO order.

 

1. 🛍️ "Swoop" a Return (FREE In-Store Return)

 

This is the fastest and easiest way to get your refund.

  • Cost: FREE

  • How: Simply bring your item and proof of purchase to our retail location during business hours. We'll process your return on the spot.

  • Location: 200 1/2 Regier Street, Buhler, KS 67522

 

2. 🚚 "Loop" a Return (We Pick It Up)

 

Can't make it to the store? We'll "Loop" back and pick up the return from your doorstep.

  • Cost: $5.00 Convenience Fee (This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.)

  • How: To schedule a return pickup, please email us at support@bfo2go.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will coordinate a pickup time with you.


 

"Get in the Loop" Member Perk!

 

As an active "Get in the Loop" subscriber, your "Loop" return pickups are 100% FREE!

Just one of the perks of your membership. Just email us to schedule your pickup, and we'll waive the $5.00 fee.


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received an item that was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@bfo2go.com.

We will arrange to have the item picked up and a replacement sent out to you at no additional cost.

 

A Note on Auctions

 

This policy applies only to purchases made from our BFO2GO retail site. All sales on BFOBIDS.com are final and are subject to the terms of that specific auction, which may include a limited guarantee as stated in the item's description. Please refer to our BFOBIDS 101 page for auction-specific policies.
