We get it. You want your stuff fast. That's why we built our fulfillment around two simple, local-first options: "Loop it" to your door or "Swoop it up" from our store.

 

Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is either out for delivery or ready for pickup.

 

Our Local Options (Hutchinson, KS Area)

 

We offer two convenient options for our local customers. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

 

1. 🚚 BFO Loop (Local Delivery)

 

Have your order "Looped" directly to your doorstep by our all-electric van.

  • Cost: $5.00 Flat Rate

  • Area: All addresses within the Hutchinson, KS area.

  • Speed: Deliveries are made 1-2 business days after your order is processed. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is on the van and out for delivery.

  • Risk of Loss: Delivery is considered "complete" once the package is left at your address. BFO is not responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after the package is delivered.

 

2. 🛍️ Swoop it up (Free In-Store Pickup)

 

Order online and "Swoop it up" at your convenience.

  • Cost: 100% FREE

  • Speed: Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours (or the next business day).

  • Notification: You will receive a separate "Ready for Pickup" email as soon as your order is packed and waiting for you. Please do not come to the store until you have received this email.

Are you a "Get in the Loop" subscriber? As a member, all your "BFO Loop" (Local Delivery) fees are 100% FREE!

Our system automatically recognizes your account at checkout, so you'll see the $5.00 fee waived every time you shop.

 

Domestic Shipping (Outside Our Local Zone)

 

Don't live in the Hutchinson area? We can still ship to you!

  • Carriers: We ship via standard carriers like USPS and UPS.

  • Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your items and your location.

  • Speed: Please allow 3-7 business days for standard domestic shipping.

 

How Do I Check My Order Status?

 

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and a second email when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. The "shipped" email will include a tracking number (if applicable) that you can use to check its status.
